Dear Hidden Oaks RV Resort Residents, Guests and Friends,
Large camping sites, a beautiful and quiet setting, a friendly and relaxing environment, and the close proximity to many area parks, beaches and activities is what we like about Hidden Oaks RV Resort.
The satisfaction of our residents is first and foremost in our desire for Hidden Oaks RV Resort. We thank you for trusting us and want to make sure that your stay, whether it is measured in days or in years, provides a safe, satisfying value that is second to none. We also like to have some fun, and our recent “Customer Appreciation Chili and Chicken and Dumplings DAY” was a lot of fun together!
Some of the latest IMPROVEMENTS AND “EXTRAS” for YOU are:
· Expanded FREE wifi internet access throughout the entire park - we continue to invest a lot of time/money/and attention to work out the kinks (but bear with us, we won’t stop until we are all satisfied)
· FREE satellite DIRECTV in the Clubhouse
· Now offering ICE for sale and a soda machine in the Clubhouse (a better one is on its way)
· Now offering storage for trailers, boats and RVs. Claire can give you all the details.
· We have doubled our capacity of washers and dryers
· New bathroom vents in the upgraded Clubhouse; new sewer tops and manhole covers; and a new, bigger dumpster (but please notice the instructions)
· Have available for your leisure and FUN- horseshoes, ping pong, air hockey—And, the New Pool Table!
· A big addition is our NEW APARTMENT RENTAL located adjacent to the Clubhouse. This nice, new and fully furnished living quarters offers “everything you need” and comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. It is available to rent on a “first come, first serve” basis. This can accommodate your “over-flow” guests and friends travelling in.
· Finally, A NEW GOLF CART, for our onsite manager to show our new guests around and show all of the upgrades at Hidden Oaks!
We have added WELCOME FLAGS on our entry road and have added some new “advertising” locally and on Google/maps (search online on Google Maps for Hidden Oaks RV Resort!). Finally, with spring here, we have bought the best “sticker and weed killer” to make all aspects of Hidden Oaks as enjoyable as they can be.
We understand that there is no better advertising than word of mouth advertising. To make this possible, our focus is on satisfying our long-term and repeat residents. We look forward to keeping our commitment to you by maintaining a pleasant and fulfilling living experience, and in turn hope that you feel comfortable and encouraged to recommend Hidden Oaks RV Resort to your family and friends.
To close, we want you wish our departing Winter Texan friends, a fond “Safe travels and SEE Y’ALL NEXT YEAR at Hidden Oaks.” And, a BIG WELCOME HOWDY to our spring/summer guest, fellow fisher(wo)man, and “vacationers” from the area and from across Texas. We warmly welcome you to Hidden Oaks RV Resort in Holiday Beach on the nice Lamar Peninsula, near Rockport, Texas.
