Dear Residents and Friends of Hidden Oaks RV Resort,
Large camping sites, a beautiful and quiet setting, a friendly and relaxing environment, and the close proximity to many area parks, beaches and activities is what we like about Hidden Oaks RV Resort. Thus, it is with pleasure and reassurance that we announce that the ownership of Hidden Oaks RV Resort has transitioned to new owner Engle Enterprises, llc.
First of all, we extend a warm THANK YOU to Jo, Carl and Al for their vision and development of Hidden Oaks. Their influence, ideas and guiding hand has made Hidden Oaks what it is today, and set the expectation for our continuing to build upon the pleasant “living experience.”
The satisfaction of our residents is first and foremost in our desire for Hidden Oaks RV Resort. We thank you for trusting us and want to make sure that your stay, whether it is measured in days or in years, provides a safe, satisfying value that is second to none.
Only positive improvements are planned with the first being an upgrade to the recreational room. We are seeking to secure wireless internet access for our residents, you will see the continued upkeep of the Hidden Oaks grounds, and you have our commitment to promptly respond to any unforeseen issue that may arise. On-site daily management will continue as we welcome our current resident Joann Hunt as the acting manager of the park. Joann, we are looking forward to supporting you in your important day-to-day role of satisfying the needs of current residents and in welcoming new guests into Hidden Oaks.
We understand that there is no better advertising than word of mouth advertising. To make this possible, our focus is on satisfying our long-term and repeat residents. We look forward to keeping our commitment to you by maintaining a pleasant and fulfilling living experience, and in turn hope that you feel comfortable and encouraged to recommend Hidden Oaks RV Resort to your family and friends.

A little about us: Engle Enterprises, llc, has three partners, brothers Carman and Cale Kobza and lifelong friend Michael Demel. In fact, our friendship dates back to when our parents grew up as good friends in the Schulenburg, Texas area. Family trips frequently brought us all together with some of the most memorable being to the beaches and fishing spots around Rockport. Five years ago, we created Engle Enterprises as a part time venture and to explore investments. Michael is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University, is married with three beautiful children, and lives and works in the Schulenburg area. Cale and Carman are graduates of Texas A&M University and hold MBA degrees. Cale is married with two wonderful children and lives and works in the Houston area. For the past four years, Carman has been living and working in Europe.
